This is the private investment office that manages the Gates Foundation Trust assets.
It is closely associated with Bill Gates’ capital, but it is not the Foundation and not Cascade Investment (his personal investment vehicle). It manages the Trust assets that fund the Foundation.
Senior Dynamics / Power Platform Developer
Client: Cascade Management
12-month contract (high likelihood to extend or convert)
Hybrid preferred (Tue–Thur onsite), open to remote if they have all the skills
US Citizen required
Bill Rate Target: $120–160/hr (flexible for the right person)

Must?Have Skills & Experience

• Dynamics 365 (Model?Driven Apps)
  • Hands?on experience supporting and enhancing semi?customized environments
  • Customization/configuration (forms, views, business rules, JavaScript buttons)
  • Experience with 3rd?party/AppSource integrations
• Power Platform Core
  • Strong experience building Power Apps (Canvas + Model?Driven)
  • Power Automate (intermediate to advanced)
    • Complex business logic
    • Error handling and maintainable flows
    • Dataverse integration
• Dataverse
  • Solid understanding of tables, relationships, and data modeling fundamentals
  • Ability to bridge SQL?centric backend teams into Dataverse best practices
• CI/CD & DevOps
  • Azure DevOps experience with YAML?based pipelines
  • Understanding of multi?environment deployments (Dev ? Test ? Prod)
  • Comfortable owning and troubleshooting deployments
• Copilot Studio (Working Knowledge)
  • Understanding of how Power Automate workflows align to Copilot Studio
  • Ability to prepare or refactor workflows for future Copilot adoption
• Soft Skills / Working Style
  • Clear communicator with technical and non?technical stakeholders
