IAM Engineer

Below are the job description and key details. Our goal is to bring on one Senior Software Contract Engineer — someone at an expert level comparable to Michael Malone — with deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise as soon as possible.

Key Details

Interviews: Begin immediately. Three phases — a 15-minute initial screening, followed by a 1-hour Coding interview and 90 minutes Panel interview
Start Date: March 2, 2026
Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential extension based on performance
Billing Rate: $80–$120 per hour
Work Location: Fully remote, hybrid, or on-site

Required Skills (Must have)

Identity & Access Management
 

1. 5+ years of expert-level experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and security architecture

 

1. Strong proficiency with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Okta, Auth0, and related identity platforms

Back-End Development:
 

1. Advanced experience with C#, .NET, GraphQL, and other object?oriented programming languages

 

1. Solid understanding of API design, integration patterns, and secure coding practices

Front-End Development:
 

1. Proficiency with modern frameworks such as React, Svelte, or Angular

 

1. Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Mobile Development
 

1. Experience building and maintaining Android and/or iOS applications

Database Technologies
 

1. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SQL databases, and Redis

 

1. Ability to design, optimize, and maintain scalable data models

DevOps & Cloud
 

1. Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
2. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
3. Terraform experience is a plus
4. Extensive automation experience across development and deployment workflows

Collaboration & Operational Excellence (Must-Have)
 

1. Experience with mobbing and pair programming

 

1. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with:
   1. Other engineers throughout the development lifecycle
   2. Product and design teams
   3. focused on delivering an excellent guest experience

 

1. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
