ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Scientist focused on Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the data strategy behind growth marketing. This role applies advanced analytics, modeling, and experimentation to drive efficient marketing spend across channels, geographies, and the broader customer lifecycle.

You will think holistically about how promotional strategy, creative, targeting, seasonality, and channel mix interact—helping the organization build a shared, data-driven understanding of performance that optimizes for long-term business health, not just short-term gains.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develop and guide a comprehensive growth marketing analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.

  • Optimize marketing spend across channels to drive efficient, high-value customer acquisition through hands-on analysis, modeling, automation, and experimentation.

  • Design and deploy A/B tests and causal inference frameworks to evaluate new and existing acquisition channels.

  • Interpret internal and third-party platform data critically, translating insights into long-term business impact.

  • Communicate findings clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional partners, surfacing actionable recommendations.

  • Partner with senior leaders to define core metrics, performance targets, and budgets.

  • Forecast and allocate long-term marketing spend while accounting for seasonality, geographic expansion, and broader business dynamics.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing partners to optimize promotional calendars, including offer structure, frequency, and duration.

  • Act as a thought leader by staying current on trends and innovations in growth marketing, experimentation, and measurement.
