About Our Client

Our client is redefining how the built world comes together.

They are building an AI-native platform that serves as the operating system for global commercial construction—designed to accelerate decision-making across the full lifecycle of a project. From early vision through execution, the platform helps owners, designers, and vendors collaborate more effectively, move faster, and achieve better outcomes at scale.

At its core, the product brings clarity and structure to complex, high-stakes workflows involving many stakeholders and fragmented tools. Rather than simply digitizing existing processes, our client is re-engineering them with transparency, trust, and intelligence at the center.

If you’re energized by complexity, motivated by meaningful impact, and excited to shape the future of the built environment, this is an opportunity to do foundational work with real-world consequences.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer who is excited to bring consumer-grade clarity and usability to complex B2B workflows.

This role focuses on owning and improving core product experiences by deeply understanding user needs, reducing cognitive load, and designing intuitive, reliable systems. In addition to hands-on product design, this role contributes to broader product strategy, systems thinking, and long-term design vision.

Success in this role is measured by real-world usability, clarity, and impact—not polish alone or volume of features shipped. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners who value thoughtful design, strong craft, and building the right solutions.

Your Impact

Product Design is a first-class discipline at our client. Designers are trusted partners in shaping product direction—not just executing requirements. You’ll have meaningful ownership, influence, and room to do high-quality work.
