Sr. Product Manager - Mobile & Portals
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to own a high-visibility platform transformation — rebuilding and unifying a digital experience used by hundreds of thousands of participants across health and wealth products. You will define the roadmap, establish the product practice, and shape what a unified experience means in the hands of users. You’ll have direct visibility to executive leadership and the autonomy to do it right.
We value drive and trajectory over tenure. If you’ve built something complex, learned a challenging domain quickly, and left things better than you found them — we want to talk.

Our client offers solutions including flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, COBRA administration, commuter benefits, lifestyle accounts, retirement solutions, and benefits administration services.

Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to lead the modernization and unification of its mobile applications and web portals as part of a unified digital experience initiative.
A key mandate is the convergence of health and wealth — bringing together consumer-directed health accounts and financial wellness and retirement products into a single, cohesive participant experience. Today these are separate; this Product Manager will drive their unification across mobile and web.
This role also includes consolidation of multiple distinct portals serving participants, employers, and brokers across benefits and retirement products — each with distinct compliance requirements and workflows.
The Product Manager will be accountable for defining product vision, bringing structure and repeatability to a team in active growth, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple Scrum teams located both domestically and internationally.
This role reports directly to executive product and technology leadership.
