About Us

Our client is building the operating system for global commercial construction. They are re-engineering how the industry operates—moving beyond digitizing workflows to redesigning them from the ground up. Their AI-native platform puts intelligence at the center of every decision so owners, designers, and vendors can move faster, collaborate more effectively, and deliver better outcomes.

If you’re excited to solve complex, real-world problems at scale—and want to help shape product culture at a fast-growing company—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a highly autonomous, AI-savvy Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to own the long-term vision and development of our client’s core sourcing product—the heart of how value is delivered to customers and partners.

You’ll reimagine commercial-construction sourcing, using AI to give superpowers to procurement specialists. Near-term, your work will unlock speed, efficiency, and better outcomes for internal teams and clients. Mid-term, you’ll lay the foundation for self-service procurement, paving the way to SaaS-enable these tools.

You will:

  • Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for core sourcing workflows, aligning to company goals and crafting bold, measurable product bets.

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and research (user interviews, customer calls, data analysis) to launch and iteration.

  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science to translate insight into impact for real users and real-world workflows.

  • Champion clarity: convert complex processes into intuitive, scalable experiences (PRDs, GTM briefs, user flows).

  • Ensure features integrate seamlessly into the broader platform ecosystem.

  • Ship fast, learn fast, and raise the bar—balancing iteration velocity with quality and utility.

About You

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years on B2B or platform products.

  • A builder who’s comfortable with ambiguity and energized by turning new ideas into adopted products.

  • Customer-obsessed: you validate assumptions rigorously and ground roadmaps in real feedback.

  • Technically fluent: confident discussing APIs, AI/ML workflows, and data infrastructure; you translate technical trade-offs into business impact.

  • Disciplined prioritizer who balances short-term wins with long-term investments.

  • Collaborative partner who unites design, engineering, and business around shared outcomes.

  • Exceptional written communicator (remote-first culture with writing at the core).

  • Owner’s mindset—proactive, accountable, outcome-oriented; thrives in ambiguity with strong opinions, loosely held.

  • Fluent in AI tools for productivity and differentiated features.

  • Bonus: management/strategy/design-systems consulting or a top MBA—bringing structured, analytical problem-solving at scale.

  • End-to-end ownership: Influence architecture and strategy, engage customers, and ship products that move key business metrics.
