Fuel Talent is partnering with a successful, fast-growing and highly respected organization in their search for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role will serve as a true partner to the executive, providing high-level administrative and operational support while helping drive the rhythm of the business.
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritizing meetings and protecting executive time
- Coordinate all aspects of meetings including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Serve as a liaison, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and research for meetings and projects
- Track action items and ensure follow-through on key initiatives
- Support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and board meetings
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and other administrative staff
- Manage expenses, invoices, and reporting as needed
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree typically preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 to 10 + years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and high-volume coordination
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-Suite and modern productivity tools (Slack, Zoom, AI etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with a no task too small attitude

Compensation Range Example:
The typical base salary range that we tend to see for an Executive Assistant in the Greater Seattle area with 5 to 10 years of experience is $90,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, scope, and company stage etc. Many roles may also include bonus and/or equity as well as Health Benefits etc.
