We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of medical devices and related healthcare technology initiatives. This individual will lead projects from planning through deployment, partnering closely with service line program managers, clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience managing projects within a healthcare environment, excels at stakeholder management, and can effectively drive multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities.

Responsibilities
•    Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of medical device implementation projects. 
•    Develop project charters, project plans, timelines, and supporting documentation. 
•    Align project objectives with organizational goals and strategic priorities. 
•    Build stakeholder support and influence decision-making to drive project success. 
•    Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through post-deployment. 
•    Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver successful outcomes. 
•    Coordinate activities across stakeholders, departments, and project teams. 
•    Oversee implementation, integration, training, and deployment activities. 
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing competing demands. 
•    Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans. 
•    Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions when challenges arise. 
•    Perform core job responsibilities and additional duties as assigned. 

Cross-Functional Partnerships
•    Service Line Program Managers, including Imaging, Cardiology, and other clinical departments 
•    Clinical stakeholders 
•    Operational teams 
•    Technical and implementation teams 
•    Additional project stakeholders as needed 

Qualifications
Required

•    Prior experience working in a healthcare environment. 
•    Demonstrated project management experience within healthcare and/or biomedical engineering. 
•    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 
•    Experience developing project plans and project charters. 
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
•    Ability to build alignment and influence decisions across cross-functional teams. 
•    Experience leading projects through implementation, training, and deployment phases. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning. 

Preferred
•    Experience supporting medical device implementation projects. 
•    Experience partnering with clinical service lines such as Imaging, Cardiology, or similar healthcare departments.

Location: Remote, but must be in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM
Duration: 6 month contract, potentially eligible for FTE
